Do you want to join us in making a difference to Veterans of the Irish Defence Forces?
 
The ONE Band of Sisters are taking on this physical challenge to raise awareness and funding for ONE to continue to provide critical services to all Irish Defence Force Veterans. ONE Band of Sisters will complete the ruck on September 28th 2024. The ruck will be completed in combats and boots complete with backpack. The ruck distance covered in total will be 8 klms. The larger group will will leave the Irish National War Memorial Gardens on route to Cathal Brugha Barracks covering a distance of 5 klms. 
 
ONE's main objective is to support the needs of Irish veterans by the provision of accommodation to homeless and other veterans in need of such domestic accommodation in its Veterans' Homes and the provision of other advice and support to veterans, in particular Mental Health advice, through its nationwide network of Branches and Veterans Support Centres.
